Cardio Tennis Program is a fun group activity for anyone at any playing level looking for a fun way to burn calories & interact with others outside of the gym.
Cardio Tennis program is for people of all ages and abilities. TK Tennis Coaching have certified Cardio Tennis coaches run the 60 minute sessions with 6-8 participants per court. The best thing about cardio tennis is the upbeat music and constant heart pumping activity.
In an average workout women can burn around 300-500 calories per house and men can burn 500-800 calories.
What does a session involve?
60-minute session:
- 5-10 minute warm-up
- 30-50 minute Cardio Segment (drill base and game based activities)
- 5-10 minute cool-down
